Ladies Retreat Week
The Ultimate Women’s Whitewater Spa at MKC
June 30 - July 4, 2008
(Canada Day and Fourth of July celebration week combo)
This retreat week incorporates the ‘spa’ approach to
exercise, learning, and paddling fun with rejuvenation in a stunning
environment.
The week will consist of a learning environment for both canoeing
and kayaking – enhanced by yoga sessions, a sports massage
and athletic therapy assessment, a nutrition seminar and of course
a wine and artisan cheese afternoon by the lake. The opportunity
to paddle in a women’s only environment, can be a positive
and desirable one for many.
This idea originated last summer when Anna Levesque (of Girls at
Play) and Gail Shields (open canoe mentor), combined their ideas
with Claudia’s enthusiasm to develop the ultimate paddling
retreat for women.
Join us for this, the first of its kind in North America - and
be part of a new trend!
Cost: $950 for Plan 1C or $1050 for Plan 1A
